Ingredients:
- 4 large oranges
- 2 fresh ginger roots, peeled and chopped
- Olives (pitted, preferably)
- Pinch of dried mint
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Splash of apple cider vinegar
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Peel and cut oranges into slices.
- Place slices on a plate and top with pitted olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped ginger.
- Add a splash of cider vinegar and a pinch of mint.
- Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
