Alvaro Pascual-Leone, MD, PhD

Dr. Alvaro Pascual-Leone is the Director of the Neurostimulation Research Program at the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research at Hebrew SeniorLife in Boston, MA. He is also the Director of Hebrew SeniorLife’s Wolk Center for Memory Health and a Full Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Pascual-Leone is a practicing cognitive neurologist and dementia specialist, as well as a world leader in the development and application of noninvasive brain stimulation to research and clinical practices. His research combines brain imaging and neuro stimulation techniques to examine causal relations between brain activity, cognitive processes, and behavior in health and disease.
