Kaci Baez joined BrightFocus in 2022 to direct strategic integrated marketing efforts to generate greater public awareness and increase brand engagement for the organization’s mission to end diseases of mind and sight.
Prior to BrightFocus, Baez served as Director of Marketing and Communications at Reynolda House Museum of American Art and Reynolda Gardens at Wake Forest University. She previously held marketing and communications leadership roles in early childhood education, at MullenLowe, and Yale University.
Baez holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications.
She is also a member of REACH Women’s Network, a nonprofit that seeks to advance economic development and promote gender equality in the workplace, in Winston-Salem, NC, and previously served on the board of the Junior League of Winston-Salem.
We are seeing great progress to end these age-related diseases, and by expanding our awareness efforts across channels and audiences, we can accelerate that progress even more. I am honored to join the BrightFocus team at such a critical moment.
