For more than 20 years, Cecilia Arradaza has developed, designed, and delivered communications strategies that provoke discourse, engage broad audiences, and inspire action.
Cecilia is founder and chief strategist of C.A. Collaborative, specializing in navigating complex situations through clear, compelling communications strategies. She also serves as Executive Director of Strategy for creative marketing agency Wondros. Previously, Cecilia led communications and engagement efforts for the Biden Cancer Initiative, and held leadership roles at global advisory firm Brunswick Group; the Milken Institute and its centers, FasterCures and the Center for Financial Markets; and public affairs firms Chandler Chicco Agency, Hyde Park Communications, and Powell Tate. She is on the board of BrightFocus Foundation, Sage Bionetworks, and WomenAgainstAlzheimer's. She graduated from George Washington University’s Mount Vernon Women’s College.
