October 30 Healthy Mind, Healthy Sight Forum Shares Latest News on Mind and Eye Diseases
KENSINGTON, MD- October 23, 2013—BrightFocus Foundation is offering a free public-education event on Wednesday morning, October 30, 2013, in Kensington, MD, to share the latest research and treatment news on the mind and vision diseases of Alzheimer’s, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.
Open to the public and hosted by the Kensington Park Senior Living Community, the forum will feature a panel discussion with medical scientists, an opportunity for audience members to Ask the Experts, and a patient advocate addressing living with vision loss.
The event will include light breakfast fare and hand-out materials.
