Veysset

Dr. David Veysset is an Instructor at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from MIT and completed postdoctoral training in ophthalmology at Stanford University. Since joining the Wellman Center in 2024 under the mentorship of Prof. Brett Bouma, his research has focused on advancing ophthalmic imaging by integrating spectroscopic tools with optical coherence tomography. His broader background spans optical instrumentation, spectroscopy, non-linear acoustics, materials sciences under extreme conditions, and entrepreneurship.
