The Sound of My Voice

BrightFocus Foundation

BrightFocus Foundation held a free special screening of the award-winning documentary, Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice. Follow the life and career of one of the world’s best-selling, award-winning artists as she embraces genres spanning rock, country, operetta and Latin and paves the way to become an iconic female pioneer in the male-dominated music world.

Illustrated with concert footage, interviews with musical legends including Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, Jackson Browne, Aaron Neville, and narrated by Ronstadt herself, the film documents a remarkable career that was ended early due to a neurodegenerative disease.
