Fondation Vancre Alzheimer
Fondation Vancre Alzheimer was founded by BrightFocus in April 2005. With BrightFocus' support, Fondation Vancre Alzheimer became established in France, raising money to fund French public and not-for-profit research programs.
Three brochures created by BrightFocus were translated and adapted into French: Understanding Alzheimer's Disease; Staying Safe: Wandering & the Alzheimer's Patient; and Care for the Caregiver: Managing Stress. These brochures gave Fondation Vancre Alzheimer the impetus to create new brochures and enrich its educational material. The demand for these free brochures increases every month.
