ISER/BrightFocus 2017 Glaucoma Symposium

ISER/BrightFocus 2017 Glaucoma Meeting taking place October 5-8, 2017

ISER and BrightFocus Foundation are sponsoring a symposium on Basic Science Catalyzing Treatments for Glaucoma at the Emory Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia on October 5-8, 2017.*

This symposium will bring together leaders in the field of glaucoma to discuss the molecular mechanisms that underlie pathology in glaucoma, serving to catalyze novel treatment strategies. We will employ a Gordon Conference format, anticipating that the intimate setting will encourage informal interaction and will offer ample opportunity to refresh or form new collaborations, develop novel hypotheses, and make new friends.

All platform talks will be programmed from submitted abstracts, except for our 6 invited keynote speakers

Glaucoma Fast Track 2017

* BrightFocus Glaucoma Fast Track

Please note there is a satellite workshop on October 5, 2017, called BrightFocus Glaucoma Fast Track, which will prepare attendees for the ISER/BrightFocus 2017 Glaucoma Symposium. This workshop will offer graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty an immersive environment to learn and discuss some of the latest trends in glaucoma research through close interaction with established leaders in the field.
