Alzheimer's Family Relief Program

In recent years it became increasingly difficult to generate donor support for our Alzheimer's Family Relief Program (AFRP) that provided financial assistance to the families and caregivers of those with Alzheimer's disease.

Therefore, after much thought, the Board of Directors of the BrightFocus Foundation regretfully decided to close the program. BrightFocus remains committed to its support of high quality research for Alzheimer's Disease, Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma at institutions worldwide.
